Project Description:
Objectives: To create a distinctive web site that would stand out in the competitive arena of Lakes Region realtors and that would get better search engine exposure than many of the templated real estate web sites.
Solutions: We added custom content about the region and made sure Ed’s own “voice” came through to personalize the site and encourage visitors to contact him. We built a separate area for featured listings that the owner can update himself and connected the site to the MLS so visitors can search for any available property.
Results: Ed Bernard Realty quickly began ranking in Google’s top 5 results for his target market soon after launch. The site has attracted a number of high-end buyers and continues to increase in visibility on the web.
