Objectives: The existing web site had a dated feel and was built for smaller monitors than those in use today. It didn’t speak to the target market of small to mid-sized businesses looking to enhance their marketing strategies and develop stronger business partners. The site was not optimized with relevant keyword phrases and attracted very few visitors through search engines.
Solutions: Jacqueline Franklin update her website copy to form the basis for a redesign that portrays her offerings clearly. Keyword research informed the use of some elements of the content, and testimonials were added to establish trust. The site was built with a content management system so that the owner will be able to hone her message and update information quickly and easily.
