Objectives: The site was not generating business despite the fact that florists were very popular online.
Solutions: The site was redesigned to highlight floral services using keywords revealed in the keyword research. (Hint: searchers who want to buy flower will search for a “florist”, not “floral design.") A photo gallery was added to highlight the beauty of their designs, and navigation was improved to increase conversions.
Results: The number of web site visitors soared, and web sales increased dramatically with calls even coming from overseas. The site has remained #1 for “florist Concord MA” for several years.
